Routers

Through years of experience, we have developed a series of routing machines for different materials which found its uses in several branches of industrial production: stonecutting, woodworks, metal industry, advertising industry.

Model 2030

Work surface: 2000 x 3000 mm

The Router 2030 is the largest machine we produce.
It is intended for medium and large wood processing companies, manufacturers of PVC and aluminum joinery and souvenir production workshops.

The base of machine is made with extremely strong and heavy steel construction.

Model 1325

Work surface: 1300 x 2500 mm

The router 1325 is intended for small and medium-sized wood processing companies, manufacturers of PVC and aluminum joinery and in the advertising industry.

The base of machine is made with extremely strong and heavy steel construction.

Model 1020

Work surface: 1000 x 2000 mm

Router 2010 is intended for small and medium-sized wood processing companies, manufacturers of PVC and aluminum joinery and in the advertising industry.

The base of machine is made with extremely strong and heavy steel construction.

Stone Router

Work surface: 1200 x 1400 mm

Stone router intended for engraving of granite and marble slabs and for making reliefs. Intended specially for the companies that deal with these kinds of materials.

The base of machine is made with extremely strong and heavy steel construction.

Lasers

In a modern production process, lasers are an indispensable technological solution. We have developed several laser cutting machines, and laser engravers featuring differing source types (CO2, YAG, Fiber) and with work surfaces up to 4x2m – all of which allows for working with different non-metal and metal materials.

Model 2030

Work surface: 2000 x 3000 mm

Intended for cutting and engraving of organic materials up to 20 mm thick, as well as steel and inox up to 3mm.

Model 1020

Work surface: 1000 x 2000 mm

Intended for cutting and engraving of organic materials up to 20 mm thick, as well as steel and inox up to 3mm.

Model 8010

Work surface: 800 x 1000 mm

Intended for cutting and engraving organic materials up to 10mm thick.

Plasma

Using a FlameCut series CNC, the process of gas and plasma cutting is technologically the most economic process of cutting metals in terms of speed, precision, and price per cut.

It's currently the cheapest way to cut high-thickness metal due to low power consumption and no need for additional media other than compressed air.

Model 2030

Work surface: 2000 x 3000 mm

This is the largest dimension we can produce and our standard dimension.

Model 1020

Work surface: 1000 x 2000 mm

Intended for smaller manufacturers or manufacturers dealing with smaller parts.

3D Printers

Additive manufacturing is transformative approach to production that enables the creation of lighter, stronger parts and systems.

VVA+ has two standard 3D Printers, but also there is an option to add extruder to our milling machines. For these and similar additional features, explore custom CNC solutions below.

HM3DP 1000

Work surface: 1000 x 1000 mm

HM3DP is hybrid machine, 2 in 1 - milling machine and 3D printer. It is intended for printing large scale formats up to 1m3. 

Ability to produce any part and process it immediately by milling process is what makes this machine perfect for companies dealing with product R&D.

Printer-only version is available as M3DP 1000.
Mill-only version is available as ML 1000.

S3DP 3030

Work surface: 300 x 300 mm

S3DP 300 is small desktop 3D printer, intended for 3D printing smaller parts. It uses standard 3D printer plastic materials in wire form.
It's based on rigid construction which enables it to print very fine and smooth surfaces of 3D part. Modern and easy to use, equipped with tablet-size touch screen display as a controller.

Tangential Cutters

Irreplaceable machine for companies in the advertising and textile industry. Tangential cutter is a machine intended for cutting non-metal materials such as paper, cardboard, rubber, styrofoam, forex, and others.

Model 1640

Work surface: 1600 x 4000 mm

With specified work surface and power of 280W, this is the largest tangential cutter we produce.

Intended for use in larger companies in this sector for processing non-metal materials.

Model 1625

Work surface: 1600 x 2500 mm

Model 1625 is a machine designed for companies engaged in visual communications.

With specified work surface, you can process most of the available plastic, forex, cardboard, kapafix, foam and canvas panels.

Engraving Machines

Machines for engraving that can be used to work with different materials such as: wood, stone, plastics, forex, aluminum panels, plexiglass, alubond panels…

Engraving machines are intended for precise engravement and cutting of non-metal materials as well as colored metals.

Gold L

Work surface: 400 x 400 mm

Gold L is the most representative machine in our range of engravers and our best-selling machine in the EU.

It is intended for the production of silver and gold jewelry and for the processing of non-ferrous metals and non-metals.

Gold M

Work surface: 400 x 400 mm.

Intended for manufacture of sign plates, creation of silver and gold jewllery, as well as smaller relief woodwork and processing of non-metal materials and colored metals.

Gold S

Work surface: 230 x 170 mm

Gold S is the smallest machine in our offer.
It is designed for making nameplates and carving
jewelry made of silver and gold.

Milling Machines

VVA+ offers selection of milling machines that bridges gap between routers and classical milling machines. Intended for processing harder materials than classical router with more precision.

VAA+ covers wide assortment that is based from hybrid mills, 5-axis solutions to machines for smaller workshops or education.

Mini ME

Work surface: 600 x 400 mm

MiniMe Edu is a new product in our offer.
Due to its compact design and high strength, it is ideal for more serious machining of aluminum and harder materials.

Since we have the option of a machine completely enclosed in a heavy steel table case, it has proven to be ideal for educational institutions

Big Daddy

Work surface: 1500 x 1500 mm

Big Daddy is best representation of bridging gap between router and milling machine. With its stiff and heavy steel construction and fixed gantry, it ranks one of our stiffest machines. 

Intended for processing harder materials that are on the edge of routers abilities.



HM3DP 1000

Work surface: 1000 x 1000 mm

HM3DP is hybrid machine, 2 in 1 - milling machine and 3D printer. It is intended for printing large scale formats up to 1m3.

Mill-only version is available as ML 1000.

PETOS-5

Work surface: 1500 x 1500 mm

PETOS-5 is large scale 5-axis vertical milling center. Based on Big Daddy's construction, but offers larger Z-axis movement.

Based on Siemens SINUMERIK control and Siemens Servo System with stiff construction, it represents our most precise machine. Among that it is able to process highly complex parts with it's 5-axis ability.

Bending Machines

Machines for bending plexiglass materials is a very useful additon to your CNC or laser-cutter.

Model 1210

A 1200×1000 desktop meets your needs
bending of complex pieces. There are 8 independent heaters that can be individually lit and controlled.

Acryl bender is an extension that is an ideal addition to one of ours laser.
