VVAT Automation was founded in 2022 with a clear purpose: to turn engineering ideas into practical production solutions. Based in Bosnia and Herzegovina, we bring together machine development, robotics and industrial automation to help manufacturers improve how they work and prepare for their next stage of growth.
Our technical foundations draw on CNC machine designs and manufacturing knowledge developed since 2005. We build on that experience through our own engineering, refining proven concepts, developing new models and adapting machines to the applications they serve. Hands-on work in production and maintenance informs our decisions, keeping ease of use, serviceability and long-term reliability central to our approach.
Since 2024, VVAT has expanded its product portfolio and custom engineering work through close collaboration with customers and specialist manufacturing partners. Our capabilities span mechanical design, control systems, electronics and software, allowing us to address projects from the individual component to the complete machine.
Today, our work is organised across three complementary areas: VVAT Machines, VVAT Robotics and VVAT Technology. Together, they cover CNC equipment, robotic integration, custom automation and special-purpose engineering. Our own solutions are complemented by selected technologies from HG TECH and Erbend, broadening the production processes we can support.
Every project begins with understanding the customer’s application: the materials, workflow, required performance and practical constraints. We offer different machine configurations and define custom project scopes around these requirements. Where the application allows, we plan implementation in stages so customers can address immediate priorities while preparing for future expansion.
Our responsibility continues beyond delivery. Installation, training, maintenance and technical support help customers make effective use of their equipment throughout its working life. What connects everything we do is a straightforward commitment: understand the application, engineer the right solution and stand behind it.
Our portfolio includes standard CNC machines with configurable features, alongside custom automation, robotic systems and special-purpose equipment.
Each project reflects our approach to engineering: combining proven technology with application-specific design to meet the customer’s production needs.
